Nothing Else is
Quiet Like These.

Within the crowded field of acoustic ceiling panels, Alta Panels stand apart. No other acoustic ceiling panel comes close to matching Alta’s list of best-in-class features.

Alta Panels absorb and block more sound energy than any other acoustical ceiling panels. Even more exceptional, Alta’s acoustic performance is achieved without requiring a plenum space, a blanket of acoustic insulation, or the use of laboratory testing “tricks” designed to artificially inflate the acoustic test results.

Defining and pioneering the future of acoustic ceiling panels, Alta Acoustic Panels are packed with patented acoustic technology and patent-pending composite material technology.

The Strong Choice.

Structurally, Alta Panels have the highest specific strength, the lowest expansion/contraction, and the best long-term stability of any comparable acoustic ceiling panel. This translates into easier & more adaptable installations, tighter & more precise spacing between panels, and greater flexibility in panel sizes (up to 5’x12′).

Other acoustic ceiling solutions require a visual compromise (we’re looking at you, acoustical ceiling tiles). But with Alta, you can make your acoustic solution the highlight of your design. Alta Panels offer the industry’s most comprehensive selection of options including hundreds of genuine wood species/cuts as well as the full color spectrum of paints. They can be cut into custom shapes and even formed into rigid, internally supported curves.

Class Defining. Design Inspiring.

You may think it’s strange how unique Alta Acoustic Ceiling Panels are, and you wouldn’t be wrong. Alta’s exceptional properties do present one drawback worth noting— for ceiling panel projects requiring an equally suitable alternative to Alta Panels, there simply isn’t one. When you combine all of Alta’s features, you’ll realize that these acoustic ceiling panels aren’t just “best in class”, they’re “only in class.”

Easy & Versatile
Installation

Since they don't require a plenum space or acoustic insulation, Alta Panels can be mounted directly to a ceiling, attached to a grid, or used as drop-in panels.

ALTA CEILING PANELSINSTALLATION OPTIONS

Drop In Panels
using a
Suspended Grid

The unique strength and stability of Alta Acoustic Panels allows them to be the first micro-perforated wood panels to function as drop-in panels in standard ceiling grids without the susceptibility to sagging and warping.

Recommended sizes are 2’x2’ and 2’x4’.

Torsion Springs
using a

Suspended Grid

Torsion springs are ideal for applications requiring an accessible plenum space, while allowing reveals between panels as tight as 1/8”. Panel sizes are available up to 5’x12’.

Direct Mount
using
Z-Clips

Since Alta Acoustic Panels are the only ceiling panels not requiring a large plenum space or a layer of sound-absorbing insulation for acoustic performance, they can be directly mounted to the ceiling. Sizes up to 5’x12’ can be installed using panel-mounted z-clips and ceiling-mounted z-bars.
